Incident Management Engineer
- To manage the Incident Management functions to ensure quick restoration for systems and services for the business entities.
- To facilitate Service Management in their efforts to increase the maturity of the IT Service management processes from the perspective of Incident Management
- To co-ordinate strategic planning’s to develop and humanize IT services in line with the leadership’s aspirations to increase customer satisfaction by building lasting relationships in delivering quality service with the aim to meet if not exceed the user’s expectations.
- The candidate should have experience in managing incidents as an incident coordinator or in incident management.
- It will be a BIG NO if the candidate has only managed incidents within their own team.
Qualification
- Diploma/Degree in the field of Information System/Computer Science
- Managing Major Incident Management
- Practitioner Certificate in Service Management (desirable)
- ITIL Foundation certified (desirable)
- More than 3yrs work experience in IT field
- ITIL V4
This job require candidate to work on shift : There will be a rotation of shift for staff

Pay: RM5,500.00 - RM6,300.00 per month
Experience:
- Incident Management: 2 years (Required)
- Practitioner Certificate in Service Management: 2 years (Preferred)
- ITIL Foundation certified: 2 years (Preferred)
