  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Title: Technical Proposal & Spend Paper Analyst/Writer

Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Proposal & Spend Paper Analyst/Writer to join our team. This role is responsible for crafting compelling technical proposals, spend papers, and detailed-level documentation to support business development, compliance, and operational initiatives. The ideal candidate must possess strong writing skills, technical acumen, and the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear and persuasive documentation.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Technical Writing, Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, Finance, or related field.
  • Experience: 3+ years in technical writing, proposal writing, financial analysis, or a related role.
  • Strong experience with RFP/RFI responses, technical proposals, and spend analysis.
  • Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills with the ability to simplify complex topics.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Google Docs, and proposal management tools.
  • Familiarity with financial modeling, cost estimation, and ROI analysis.
  • Knowledge of procurement and compliance processes in government and private sector contracts.
  • Strong research skills with the ability to gather and synthesize information from multiple sources.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple deadlines, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with proposal automation tools (e.g., RFPIO, Loopio, Qvidian, or similar).
  • Understanding of IT infrastructure, cloud solutions, cybersecurity, or enterprise software.
  • Knowledge of government contracting (FAR, DFARS, GSA Schedules, etc.) is a plus.
  • Certification in APMP (Association of Proposal Management Professionals) or Technical Writing is an advantage.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM6,000.00 - RM7,000.00 per month

Experience:

  • Technical Writing: 2 years (Required)
  • Technical Proposal: 3 years (Preferred)
  • Spend Paper Analyst/Writer: 3 years (Preferred)

Work Location: In person
