Job description – Senior HR Executive
- This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Human Resources Executive based in Puchong. As a growing company, we are looking for a Senior Human Resources Executive with 3 to 5 years of working experience in handling the company’s growing human resources needs.
- While not requiring the person to have any specific degree, the person should have at least a university degree and with knowledge of labour laws and regulation as well as experience in handling payroll, implementing HR policies, managing the staffing process, including recruiting, interviewing, hiring and onboarding. The Senior Human Resources Executive shall also co-ordinate the training needs of all the employees and overseas the evaluation process.
- While technical knowledge is important, we are even more concern with the personality of the candidate. As a dynamic and forward-looking company, we seek a person who would like to learn new things all the times and set new challenges and targets for him/herself. While guidance and support as well as internal and external training will be provided, we expect the person to be pro-active and highly motivated.
Key requirements
- 3 to 5 years working experience in the areas of Human Resources
- Bachelor’s degree in business related area
- Experience in handling payroll and foreign labour matters
- Well verse with labour laws and regulations
- Ability to work independently as well as to lead a team when necessary.
Plus Points
- Experience in Property and/or Construction industries.
- Ability to speak Mandarin for communication with China counterparts

Salary
RM 4,000 to RM 6,500 (Depend on experience)
