  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.
  6. Select Sites can use Javascript.

Responsibilities:

  • Engage with written-off customers to negotiate settlements & repayment plans.
  • Locate untraceable vehicles and encourage voluntary surrender.
  • Collaborate with repossession agents for swift action & disposal.
  • Monitor settlement schemes and ensure timely payments.
  • Handle inbound inquiries and provide expert recommendations on legal actions.
  • Ensure full compliance with regulatory policies.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Business Administration, Banking, Finance, or equivalent experience.
  • 1-2 years of experience in banking & finance (Fresh graduates are welcome!).
  • Strong communication skills in English, Mandarin & Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Proactive, problem-solver with great interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Willingness to travel for work as needed.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,300.00 per month
