About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Finance Manager to join our team in Mont Kiara, Kuala Lumpur.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide strategic advice on forecasting, budgeting, and cash flow management to the Managing Director and management team.
  • Lead and supervise a finance team of three executives in executing daily financial tasks.
  • Oversee the financial operations of subsidiary companies, setting goals, and establishing frameworks to achieve them.
  • Manage the cash flow for all entities within the group and the group as a whole.
  • Prepare and deliver accurate, timely financial reports to stakeholders.
  • Conduct in-depth financial analysis, review reports, analyze market trends, and identify areas for improvement.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with auditors, bankers, solicitors, and other external stakeholders.
  • Oversee payroll processes, ensuring compliance with statutory contributions such as EPF, SOCSO, and EIS.
  • Perform additional ad-hoc tasks as assigned from time to time.

Requirements:

  • Min Bachelor’s degree in Accounting / Finance
  • Professional qualification such as ACCA, MIA, CPA, etc. are an added value
  • At least 8 years of experience in finance, with a minimum of 2 years in a managerial role.
  • Strong expertise in financial forecasting, budgeting processes, and cash flow management.
  • Experienced in handling full set of accounts
  • Excellent leadership, planning, and organizational skills.
  • Meticulous attention to detail with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
