Roles and Responsibilities:
Key Responsibilities
Opportunity Engagements + System Development + Enhancements
· Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs.
· Participate in project planning and estimation activities, providing input on interface-related tasks and dependencies.
· Determining project requirements and developing work schedules for software development team.
· Design and document interface specifications, including data mappings, transformation rules, and error handling procedures.
· Conduct thorough testing and validation of interfaces to ensure accuracy, reliability, and performance.
· Troubleshoot and resolve interface issues in a timely manner, coordinating with relevant teams as needed.
· Solution design based on the user requirement.
· Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, providing updates on interface development progress and addressing any concerns or questions to ensure projects are completed to standard.
· Reviewing source code
· Identifying risks and forming contingency plans.
· Performing troubleshooting as required.
· Provide technical guidance and support to junior interface analysts and developers.
Production Support
· Ensure the stability, availability, and performance of existing software systems.
· Monitoring and Troubleshooting: Proactively monitor systems, identify issues, and troubleshoot to resolve them promptly.
· Incident Response: Respond to system outages or disruptions, applying quick fixes or workarounds to restore services.
· Patch Management: Apply updates, patches, and security fixes to prevent vulnerabilities and ensure system integrity.
· Documentation: Maintain accurate records, documentation, and incident reports detailing system issues and resolutions
· Collaboration: Work closely with development, operations, and other teams to address system-related concerns and improve overall system health
· Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for automation, optimization, or streamlining of KTLO tasks to enhance system reliability and efficiency.
· Mentoring and Coaching: Technical knowledge, skills and/or experience sharing, to help another to develop and grow.
Note: he/she is expected to standby and reachable outside of working hour i.e to support outage or planned mid night/weekend activity.

Minimum Job Requirements:
· Bachelor’s Degree holder (preferably in Computer Science/IT field) with minimum CGPA 3.0.

Desirable requirement

- 5+ years’ experience as a solution or functional architect working with CRM products, MS Dynamics CRM is a plus
- Working knowledge of CRM’s interoperability capability with MS Office 365, SharePoint, Azure and MS BI Stack, C#/VB.net, ADO.Net, XML, T/SQL, JQuery, JavaScript and Web Services
- Strong understanding of CRM system and Solution Architecture design (functional & technical)
- Hands on experience writing plugins, workflows, dialogs etc.

Pay: RM14,000.00 - RM15,127.08 per month
