The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 9 years of experience in business analysis, project management, and software development, coupled with a strong understanding of payment systems and financial services. This role involves overseeing project lifecycles, ensuring alignment with business objectives, and delivering high-quality solutions in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead end-to-end technical projects, ensuring alignment with business goals, timelines, and budgets.
2. Oversee the design, development, and implementation of software solutions using Java technologies.
3. Manage the integration and optimization of Swift Payment systems to enhance transaction processing.
4. Collaborate with business analysts, developers, and stakeholders to gather requirements and define project scope.
5. Develop and maintain project plans, including schedules, milestones, resource allocation, and risk management.
6. Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and implement mitigation strategies.
