Key Responsibilities:

  • Support HR-related sourcing activities, including identifying potential candidates and managing databases.
  • Perform candidate pre-screening activities to identify the right talent.
  • Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and hiring managers
  • Assist in general administrative tasks
  • Conduct cold calls to potential clients to introduce the agency’s recruitment services
  • Prepare weekly reports on cold calling progress and recruitment activities

Requirements:

  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Fluency in English
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills

Pay: RM900.00 - RM1,200.00 per month
