How do i turn this on?
Find tutorial for your browser below :
  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.
  6. Select Sites can use Javascript.

  7. Refresh the page.

Job Descriptions:

  • Manage daily IT operations and ensure stakeholder IT/Digital requests are addressed promptly.
  • Collaborate with the Digital Manager & IT Head to support IT security reviews and strategic solution planning.
  • Assist with vendor onboarding, coordinating between internal teams and external partners.
  • Work closely with the marketing and sales departments to support campaigns using approved digital tools for email, SMS, and WhatsApp communications.
  • Set up and manage Zoom/MS Teams meetings and provide on-site technical support during events, including weekends if required.
  • Execute and monitor email, SMS, and WhatsApp campaigns using digital marketing tools, ensuring KPI tracking and reporting.
  • Oversee IT & Digital projects, facilitating seamless collaboration between business and IT teams.
  • Continuously learn and adapt to new IT and Digital platforms, ensuring alignment with evolving business needs.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience as an IT Executive.
  • Proficiency in Power Automate, SharePoint, and PowerApps is preferred.
  • Proficiency in any marketing tools such as Adobe Photoshop, HTML, Adobe Illustrator will be an added advantage.
  • Strong communication skills and able to work in a team.

Additional information:

  • Hybrid working position (3 days WFO, 2 days WFH)
  • Replacement leave
  • Working Hours: 8:30am ~ 5:30pm
  • Contract Position (1 year)
