  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, configure, and deploy network infrastructure components such as routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless access points.
  • Monitor network performance and address issues to ensure maximum uptime and efficiency.
  • Implement security protocols to protect data, systems, and infrastructure.
  • Perform regular network maintenance and system upgrades, including applying patches and security updates.
  • Maintain detailed documentation of network configurations, changes, and operational procedures.
  • Evaluate and recommend new technologies to enhance network performance and security.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices.
  • Collaborate with vendors and service providers to find network solutions and resolve troubleshooting issues.

Job Requirements:

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • Experience with routing and switching, VPNs, VLANs, DNS, DHCP, and firewalls.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to quickly identify and resolve network-related issues.
  • Understanding of network security concepts and the ability to apply best practices.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills for interacting with teams and documenting network configurations.

Additional Details:

  • Location: Kuching, Sarawak (flexibility required, including occasional travel to client sites)
  • Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 6 PM
  • Job Type: 6-Month Contract (with potential for extension or conversion)
  • Salary Range: Up to RM3,500.00
