Key Responsibilities:
1) Payroll Management:
- Process monthly payrolls for all employees, ensuring accuracy and timely distribution.
- Manage employee time records and ensure proper tracking of hours worked, overtime, and leave balances.
- Administer payroll-related deductions (e.g., taxes, benefits, contributions, etc.).
- Prepare payroll reports for internal stakeholders.
- Address and resolve payroll-related inquiries and discrepancies from employees.
2) Employee Records and Benefits Administration:
- Maintain employee records related to payroll, including new hires, terminations, salary changes, and promotions.
- Assist with the administration of employee benefits programs (health insurance, etc.).
- Support the HR department with various HR functions such as onboarding, offboarding, and employee inquiries.
Qualifications:
- Minimum Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
- 1+ years of experience in payroll processing and human resources administration.
- Familiarity with payroll software.
- Strong knowledge of payroll laws, regulations, and tax codes.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Able to multitask.
Additional Requirements:
- Salary Range: Up to RM3,500.00
- Location: Damansara Utama, Selangor
