Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute marketing campaigns to increase brand visibility across digital platforms, social media, and PR communications.
- Create content, including design concepts and copywriting, for a range of marketing materials.
- Collaborate with the sales team to create marketing collateral, presentations, and other promotional materials for our products and services.
- Assist in developing retail planograms and merchandising strategies.
- Manage and maintain retailer toolkits (e.g., POP, POSM, marketing collaterals).
- Conduct market research to understand trends, competitors, and customer needs, helping shape marketing strategies and product development.
- Analyze marketing metrics and generate reports to evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns and provide insights for future initiatives.
- Coordinate with business development and sales teams to ensure marketing efforts align with product launch schedules and sales objectives.
- Develop trade displays (POSMs) and merchandising guidelines.
- Manage relationships with vendors, including agencies and retail branches, ensuring timely and high-quality deliverables.
- Evaluate the performance of product/marketing campaigns to refine future strategies.
- Use analytics to track sales trends and identify growth opportunities.
- Create engaging, innovative, and trend-aligned content and campaigns.
- Plan and execute online marketing campaigns, including emails, SMS, and social media.
- Take on special assignments and ad-hoc projects as requested by management.
Job Requirements:
- Academic Qualification: Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum 1 year of relevant experience.
- Languages: Proficiency in Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Outlook, and related tools.
- Familiarity with marketing analytics and reporting tools.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Positive attitude, strong teamwork skills, and the ability to multitask.
