Location : Seksyen 13, Petaling Jaya
Summary :
- It is part of regional rewards services team, responsible for the system maintenance on ESS modules such as epay, eleave, eTime, ebenefit, etc.
- The incumbent, partnering with external vendors, will ensure accurate system performance on leaves and benefit processing, overtime application and ESS, including technical requirement study, analysis, implementation and post-live support of a web-based system and mobile app to maintain efficiency and positive employee experience.
Job Scopes :
- Support employee query on ESS issues or perform 1st level assessment on reported issue within stipulated SLA
- Administrate Employee Flex Benefits Reimbursement claims
- Gather change request or setup requirements and validate relevancy against policy/process
- Coordinate and provide recommended solutions subjected to varying business conditions.
- Orient test participants on the UAT execution, problem reporting and resolution processes.
- Ensure adequate test coverage and independent review of test scripts
- Track and coordinate Project/UAT progress and results management as well as triage defects for resolution and retest.
- Prepare job aids pertaining to HRIS systems to guide end users and country administrators
- End to end process documentation such as SOP, process map, user guide, checklist.
- Create and execute testing plans and coordinate User Acceptance Test (UAT)
- Reporting and analytic preparation
Requirements :
- Bachelor degree holder
- Interested to venture into HR field
- Service-oriented with good planning and follow up
- Embrace diversity with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams
- Good Problem Solving, verbal and written communication skills
