[SK] Audit Seniors (WFH – SG Accounting Firm)

Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and skilled Audit Senior to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of audit experience, ideally from either an MNC or SME background, and possess strong people management skills. This role requires managing audit engagements across different countries, including Singapore, Malaysia, and the Philippines. It is essential to demonstrate the ability to lead teams, manage client expectations, and meet tight deadlines while delivering high-quality audits.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a portfolio of audit clients and special assignments.
• Plan, execute, and lead audit engagements across various industries.
• Evaluate and assess audit results and develop recommendations to mitigate risks.
• Prepare detailed audit reports for clients and partners.
• Address and discuss accounting, auditing, and other reporting issues with managers/partners and clients.
• Review the completeness and adequacy of audit work conducted by junior members.
• Supervise, coach, and develop junior team members.
• Maintain productive working relationships with clients and manage their expectations.

Key Requirements:

• At least 3 years of relevant audit experience from established firms.
• Strong knowledge of accounting standards (IAS & IFRS), regulatory compliance, and best practices.
• Must have relevant Accountancy qualifications or equivalent.
• Good working knowledge of MS Office; experience with audit software is a plus.
• Strong analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel, particularly for Singapore clients.
• Ability to meet strict reporting deadlines.
• Experience managing a diverse team of junior auditors across multiple locations (Singapore, Pakistan, and Philippines).
• Strong people management skills, especially when working across borders.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM10,000.00 - RM13,000.00 per month
