  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.

  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Position Title: Shipping Executive

Our client is a world-class global commodities warehousing and freight forwarding company including logistics business, and is currently seeking a detail-oriented and skilled Shipping Executive to assist in freight forwarding operations, ensuring efficient and reliable delivery of goods for the valued clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Arrange and coordinate export shipping matters according to clients’ requirements.
  • Coordinate with various shipping and forwarding contractors and internal warehouse operations (if required/any) to support timely receipt and delivery of shipments to customers.
  • Compiling shipping line monthly rates.
  • Attend customer inquiries in coordination with the Commercial and Customer Service Manager and manage customer expectations.
  • Liaising with the shipping line for shipping arrangement – equipment, space etc.
  • Any other tasks or assignments may be assigned from time to time.

Key Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a freight forwarding or logistics role
  • Candidates with knowledge of freight forwarding and/or experience in shipping will be an added advantage
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with clients, carriers and internal stakeholders
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality results
  • Adaptable to changes in the industry and a willingness to learn and grow

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to RM6,000.00 per month
