Your new role:

  • Provide customer support for online travel platform
  • Responding to inquiries from users and travel agencies.
  • Hotel related inquiries (booking substitution, changes, cancellations, etc.)
  • Airline ticket related (reservation substitution, changes, cancellations, etc.)
  • Other travel product related inquiries (reservation substitutions, changes, cancellations, etc.)

What you'll need to succeed in this role:

  • Great Japanese language skills (Read, Write, Speak)
  • Basic PC skills
  • Basic business manners
  • Good communication skills and good with people

Work Arrangement:

  • Shift work from Monday to Sunday 06:00 ~ 23:00 (5 days a week, 2 days off)
  • 8 hours per day with 1 hour lunch break

Job offer:

  • Company will pay for all flights to Malaysia (Only for Non-Malaysian)
