Your new role:
- Provide customer support for online travel platform
- Responding to inquiries from users and travel agencies.
- Hotel related inquiries (booking substitution, changes, cancellations, etc.)
- Airline ticket related (reservation substitution, changes, cancellations, etc.)
- Other travel product related inquiries (reservation substitutions, changes, cancellations, etc.)
What you'll need to succeed in this role:
- Great Japanese language skills (Read, Write, Speak)
- Basic PC skills
- Basic business manners
- Good communication skills and good with people
Work Arrangement:
- Shift work from Monday to Sunday 06:00 ~ 23:00 (5 days a week, 2 days off)
- 8 hours per day with 1 hour lunch break
Job offer:
- Company will pay for all flights to Malaysia (Only for Non-Malaysian)
