Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company’s goals and growth plans.
- Lead the transformation of the HR department, setting new standards and structures to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Utilize experience from running HR in a listed company to ensure best practices and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle, from job posting and candidate sourcing to interviewing and onboarding.
- Develop and implement talent acquisition strategies to attract and retain top talent.
- Manage performance appraisal processes, providing guidance on career development and succession planning.
- Foster a positive and inclusive work environment through effective employee engagement initiatives.
- Address employee concerns and grievances in a fair and timely manner.
- Implement programs that promote employee well-being and satisfaction.
- Identify training needs and develop programs to enhance employee skills and capabilities.
- Oversee the implementation of training programs, ensuring they align with business objectives.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make improvements as necessary.
- Develop and manage competitive compensation and benefits programs.
- Conduct regular benchmarking to ensure our offerings remain attractive and cost-effective.
- Provide guidance on compensation-related matters, including salary reviews and incentive programs.
- Develop career pathway and skills database tying it to job band and benefits.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that align with best practices and legal requirements.
- Manage HR-related risks and ensure proper documentation and record-keeping.
- Oversee the day-to-day HRA operations, including payroll, benefits administration, office administration and employee records.
- Implement HR systems and technologies to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
- Prepare regular HR reports and metrics to support decision-making and strategic planning.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.
- Must have at least 5 years working for a listed company
- Proven experience as an HR Manager or in a similar senior HR role.
- Strong knowledge of HRA best practices, labor laws, and regulatory requirements.
