Requirements
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Mandarin
- Candidate must possess at least a Higher Secondary / STPM / A Level / Pre-U, Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced / Higher / Graduate Diploma, any field
- Preferably candidates with minimum 2 years working experiences as Secretarial / Executive Assistant / Personal Assistant
- Having related experience in construction / property development industry will be added advantage
- Proficient with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Power Point, Word, etc.)
- Possess good multitasking and time-management skills, excellent self-discipline
- Strong sense of initiative, responsibility and has positive attitude
- Able to work independently with minimum supervision and meet deadline
- Able to prioritise and provide support to company Director
Responsibilities
- Assist Director in managing day-to-day administrative and operation matters
- Perform all secretarial works including administrative, confidential matters as assigned and ensure they are remain secured
- Assist in business research, keep track of company assets, analysis necessary information & performing bank task for the company Director
- Organise and manage the calendar, including arranging appointments, meetings, conferences, and personal engagements
- Build and maintain positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, partners, and board members
- Assist on any ad-hoc tasks assigned from time to time and/or required by the Management
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Up to RM4,000.00 per month
