Responsibilities

  • Manage calendars, appointments, and meetings, ensuring optimal time management
  • Arrange travel, accommodations, and itineraries as needed
  • Organize and maintain files, records, and confidential information
  • Assist in personal errands, including scheduling personal appointments, managing household matters, and other ad-hoc tasks
  • Provide general administrative support as needed
  • Assist with other ad-hoc duties assigned by the Director

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to RM4,000.00 per month
