Responsibilities
- Manage calendars, appointments, and meetings, ensuring optimal time management
- Arrange travel, accommodations, and itineraries as needed
- Organize and maintain files, records, and confidential information
- Assist in personal errands, including scheduling personal appointments, managing household matters, and other ad-hoc tasks
- Provide general administrative support as needed
- Assist with other ad-hoc duties assigned by the Director
