Requirements

  • Achieve at least Diploma certificate.
  • At least 1 year of relevant work experience is preferred.
  • Fresh graduate is welcome to apply.
  • Proficient in English, Mandarin, and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Strong team player with a mature personality, able to work independently under pressure.
  • Customer-oriented with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to interact with individuals at all levels.

Responsibilities

  • Provide general administrative and clerical support, including mailing, scanning, faxing, and photocopying.
  • Perform data entry tasks.
  • Assist in resolving administrative issues.
  • Answer customer calls and handle inquiries.
  • Prepare and edit documents, including letters, reports, drafts, memos, and emails.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for managers.
  • Maintain office supplies for the department.
