Requirements
- Achieve at least Diploma certificate.
- At least 1 year of relevant work experience is preferred.

Responsibilities
- Provide general administrative and clerical support, including mailing, scanning, faxing, and photocopying.
- Perform data entry tasks.
- Assist in resolving administrative issues.
- Answer customer calls and handle inquiries.
- Prepare and edit documents, including letters, reports, drafts, memos, and emails.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for managers.
- Maintain office supplies for the department.
