  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Requirements:

  • Minimum Diploma in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering.
  • Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Able to communicate in Mandarin will be an added advantage.
  • Relevant working experience as an internal sales engineer is an added advantage, though fresh graduates with chemical/mechanical engineering background are encouraged to apply.
  • For those who do not have any engineering qualifications but have worked in similar engineering industries are welcomed to apply.
  • Self-motivated, enthusiastic, fast learner; able to work independently and a good team player who is result-driven.
  • On-the-job training will be provided.
  • Salary offered will depend on your related experience and qualifications.
  • No travel is required unless assigned during the annual oil & gas and palm oil exhibitions.
  • Office location: Glenmarie, Shah Alam

Responsibilities:

  • Handle day-to-day sales documentation and customers' inquiries promptly, accurately, and professionally.
  • Prepare sales quotations and follow up on all outstanding sales-related issues.
  • Liaise with internal departments to ensure timely delivery of orders.
  • Negotiate order conditions: price, delivery time, and payment within the predetermined framework.
  • Handle orders by phone, email, or walk-in customers.
