  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.
  6. Select Sites can use Javascript.

Requirements:

  • Minimum education: Bachelor's degree in electrical, civil, mechanical engineering, or a related field.
  • 1 - 3 years of experience in both technical and project management roles within the construction industry.
  • Skills required: Project Management, Technical Drawing, Engineering Analysis.
  • Language required: Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Mandarin will be an added advantage.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, building codes, regulations, and industry best practices.
  • Proficient in AutoCAD, 3D software, and other relevant technical tools.
  • Experience in sales and customer interaction will be an added advantage.

Responsibilities:

  • Implement project planning, coordination, and execution to deliver projects within budget, schedule, and quality expectations.
  • Collaborate with architects, consultants, engineers, and subcontractors to review designs, specifications, and updates on project status.
  • Manage project resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials, to ensure efficient utilization and timely completion of tasks.
  • Conduct regular site visits and inspections to assess project progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions as needed.
  • Implement and enforce safety protocols and quality control procedures to promote a safe, compliant, and efficient work environment.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation, including contracts, permits, and reports.
