  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Requirements

Educational Background

  • Diploma or higher in Mechanical Engineering, Materials Science, or a related field, with a strong technical foundation.

Language Skills

  • Fluent in English for professional communication (both written and spoken).
  • Proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia is a plus.

Work Experience

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in sheet metal business development or technical support, with a good understanding of industry trends.

Technical Knowledge

  • Familiar with sheet metal processing technologies and various sheet metal products, capable of providing technical advice to customers.

Communication & Collaboration

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with customers, suppliers, and internal teams.

Market Awareness

  • Sharp market insight to identify potential business opportunities and analyze competitor activities.

ResponsibilitiesBusiness Development

  • Identify and acquire new customers, maintain relationships with existing clients, and promote the company’s sheet metal products and services to achieve sales targets.

Customer Needs Analysis

  • Understand customer requirements in detail and collaborate with the technical team to provide customized sheet metal solutions.

Project Coordination

  • Manage order follow-ups, coordinate production and logistics, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.

Technical Support

  • Offer pre-sales and after-sales technical consultation, resolving customer issues related to product usage.

Market Intelligence

  • Gather industry trends and customer feedback, providing insights to optimize products and refine business strategies.
