  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.
  6. Select Sites can use Javascript.

Requirements:

  • Degree/Diploma in Computer Science or Information Technology.
  • Able to speak in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin.
  • At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Willing to learn and ability to work under pressure.
  • Willing to travel or work overtime when required.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and be responsible for IT Network, Servers, Backups, Apps, Website, and any IT-related issues to ensure smooth daily business operations.
  • Maintain and be responsible for daily end-user support in PCs, printers, and software-related issues (such as antivirus, Microsoft Office, and so on).
  • Liaise with Programmer/Supplier for the related software/hardware issues.
  • Propose and source new techniques/solutions for overall improvement of IT support.
  • Maintain and troubleshoot backup processes.
  • Prepare resources (PC, Apps, Software, Email account) for new join staff and provide company system training for them.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to RM3,000.00 per month
