  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  1. Open Chrome on your computer.
  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.
  6. Select Sites can use Javascript.

Customer Service Executive – Banking (Fresh Grads Welcome!)

Location:

  • Crystal Plaza, Petaling Jaya (Near LRT Asia Jaya)
  • Menara AA, Kuala Lumpur (Near MRT TRX)

Salary & Benefits:

  • RM2,400 – RM2,600 per month
  • Shift Allowance: RM300 (from 2nd month)
  • Travel Allowance: RM120 (from 2nd month)
  • Performance Bonus & Yearly Increment
  • Medical Insurance, Annual Leave, EPF, SOCSO
  • Training provided – No experience needed!

Working Hours:

  • 5 days work, 2 days off
  • Rotational shifts (6:30 AM – 1:00 AM, no very late shifts unless necessary)

Job Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound customer service calls in a contact center environment.
  • Provide solutions & excellent service to customers.
  • Resolve queries with a first-call resolution mindset.
  • Work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Requirements:

  • Malaysians only
  • Diploma/Degree holders (Fresh graduates encouraged to apply!)
  • Fluent in English with strong communication skills
  • Willing to work shifts

Intake: 17 March 2025

2-year contract (Renewable, with potential for permanent placement!)
