- Process accounts payable invoices and ensure timely and accurate payments to vendors
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date accounts payable records in accordance with accounting standards and company’s SOP
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve any discrepancies in a timely manner
- Communicate with business requester and vendors to resolve any issues related to payments or invoices
- Manage the accounts payable email inbox and respond to inquiries promptly and professionally
- Assist with month-end closing activities related to accounts payable, including reconciliations and accruals
- Monitor accounts payable aging reports and ensure timely payment of outstanding invoices and ensure all open / overdue items (accruals, standing advance payments, etc.) are being attended to and resolved in a timely manner
- Prepare all invoices for appropriate documentation and execute payment runs in accordance with Company policy
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to accounts payable
- Provide support for other accounting and finance functions or any ad-hoc tasks as require
Able to be started on March 2025.
Requirements:
- Post Graduate Certificate / Diploma, specialised in Economics / Finance/ Accounting or equivalent qualification
- 1 - 2 years’ experience in Finance, especially in the relevant processes, preferably from a Shared Services.
- Good knowledge of Oracle/ERP system and good knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Ability to manage high volume workload in fast-paced, deadline driven environment
- Must be detail-oriented, well-organized, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
- Good communication skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent problem-solving abilities
