
HR Cum Admin Executive
Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Other Requirements :

- Proven experience in HR and administrative roles, typically 2-4 years.
- Strong understanding of HR practices and labor laws.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Job Descriptions :
- Manage the recruitment process including job postings, screening, interviewing, and hiring.
- Coordinate onboarding processes for new employees, including orientation, paperwork, and training.
- Address employee inquiries and resolve issues related to employment, policies, and benefits.
- Manage payroll processing and ensure timely and accurate payment of salaries.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Provide administrative support to management and staff, including scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and handling correspondence.
- Oversee daily office operations and ensure a smooth workflow.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
