Quality Assurance Executive
Responsibilities:
a) Implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) for quality control processes, including raw material testing, in-process inspections, and finished product analysis.
b) Oversee the implementation of quality control measures, manage the QA team, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain product quality throughout the manufacturing process.
c) Conduct routine checks on ingredients, packaging materials, and finished products to ensure conformity with specifications and quality standards.
d) Inspection of milk powder production processes, ensuring that quality parameters are met at each stage.
e) Responsible for conducting laboratory testing according test procedures, safety measures and established plan.
f) To monitor all non-conformance products, matter and liaise with related department for corrective action and preventive action.
g) Complete Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP’s) production line inspections.
h) Implement quality assurance policies, procedures, and standards for inspection, assist in updating QA Manual.
i) Maintain accurate documentation of quality control procedures, test results, and inspection reports.
j) Investigate customer complaints related to product quality, identify root causes, and propose corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
a) Responsible for the Food Safety issues.
b) Support ad-hoc tasks as and when required.
Qualifications:
a) A bachelor's degree in Food Science, Food Technology, Dairy Technology, or a related field is typically required.
b) Possess knowledge of milk powder production processes, from raw milk reception to drying and packaging is a plus.
c) Preferably good knowledge in GMP.
d) Computer literate.
e) Must fluent in Mandarin as requires dealing with Mandarin speaking internal.
