  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Overview

We are seeking a Part-Time Clinic Assistant (3 Months) to join our team. This role offers an opportunity to contribute to the healthcare sector and assist in the smooth operation of our clinic.

Duties

  • Responsible to help doctors with providing medical services to patients.
  • Always make sure the environment of clinic clean.
  • Manage patient registration and complete all documents according to the procedure completely.
  • Responsible to complete the assigned work within the time period.
  • Responsible for making claims for the panels at the clinic.
  • Handle the purchases or services process with customers and suppliers systematically.
  • Planning stock purchases, stock production and store management.
  • Willing to do additional work given from time to time.

Requirement

  • Candidates must at least have an SPM.
  • Have experience in clinic operation and healthcare is a bonus
  • No experience in healthcare industry are welcome to apply.
  • Proficiency in using MS Excel.
  • Able to handle several task in a short period of time.
  • Able to communicate well with customers/patients.
  • Advantage is given to candidates who can in Poliklinik An-Nisa' Seksyen 24, Shah Alam.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: RM1,700.00 per month
