1. To print Bank Statement of Account on daily basis for incoming payments from government and corporate payments.

2. Posting payment for City Ledger, Upcoming / on-going function & accommodation.

3. Prepare invoice on daily basis for corporate, government, F&B city ledger outstanding.

4. To prepare monthly invoices for rental such as Mykris, Edotco, Etika vending, Safety Daiko etc)

5. To prepare monthly invoices for all OTA (Travel Agents)

6. Assist in AR monthly closing.

7. To monitor hanging PM folio in the Front Office system (PM Pending)

8. To review the existing credit limit of the company by considering their creditworthiness & sales production.

9. To expedite the credit collection by making follow up calls with guests & sending reminder letters to guests.

10. To carry out a credit assessment on new applicants before seeking approval from the credit committee. Once the credit application has been approved, a written acknowledgement would be issued to the successful applicants.

11. To print monthly Aging Report, monthly Bank Statement report, monthly Statement of Accounts.

12. To conduct monthly Credit Meeting & prepare the detailed debtor listing for the meeting.

13. To check credit card payments and post to contra the credit card detail listing in the Debtors Aging.

14. To ensure proper filing for all debtors accounts.

15. To perform any other ad-hoc functions and other duties assigned.
