Key Responsibilities:
- Office Management: Handle phone calls, manage correspondence, maintain filing systems, and organize office supplies.
- Student Services: Assist with student registration, inquiries, and maintaining records.
- Communication: Serve as the first point of contact for visitors and manage official communications.
- Support to Management: Assist in preparing reports, scheduling meetings, and providing administrative support to senior staff.
- Event Coordination: Help plan and organize school events and activities.
Qualifications:
- Education: Diploma in Business Administration or related field.
- Experience: Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; relevant internships or part-time work are a plus.
- Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, strong organizational and communication skills, ability to multitask.
