Position Overview:
Brixsten Academy is seeking a proactive and organized Administrative Assistant to support daily operations. This role is perfect for fresh graduates looking to start their career in a dynamic educational environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Office Management: Handle phone calls, manage correspondence, maintain filing systems, and organize office supplies.
  • Student Services: Assist with student registration, inquiries, and maintaining records.
  • Communication: Serve as the first point of contact for visitors and manage official communications.
  • Support to Management: Assist in preparing reports, scheduling meetings, and providing administrative support to senior staff.
  • Event Coordination: Help plan and organize school events and activities.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Diploma in Business Administration or related field.
  • Experience: Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; relevant internships or part-time work are a plus.
  • Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, strong organizational and communication skills, ability to multitask.
