
Corporate Finance Manager
Company Overview:
Our client, an investment firm focused on Food & Beverage, IT, Agriculture, and Farming, is seeking a highly motivated Corporate Finance and M&A Manager to join their dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Financing & Fundraising
- Formulate and implement financing strategies to support business expansion, outlet growth, and capital investments.
- Identify and secure diverse funding sources, including bank loans, bonds, private equity, and venture capital.
- Oversee debt and equity financing processes, ensuring an optimal capital structure.
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with financial institutions, investment banks, and investors.
- Prepare business cases, presentations, and proposals to secure funding for various initiatives.
2. Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A)
- Conduct comprehensive financial due diligence and valuation analyses on potential M&A targets.
- Provide support across the entire deal lifecycle, including negotiations, structuring, and post-merger integration.
- Develop financial models to evaluate M&A opportunities, risks, and potential returns.
- Collaborate closely with legal, tax, and operational teams to ensure seamless execution of transactions.
3. Capital Management & Financial Planning
- Optimize capital allocation strategies to maximize return on investments.
- Monitor and manage working capital, liquidity, and cash flow to maintain financial stability.
- Implement capital efficiency initiatives in preparation for IPO readiness.
- Oversee investment strategies and conduct feasibility analyses for new projects and opportunities.
4. Financial Strategy & Risk Management
- Develop and maintain long-term financial models to inform and guide corporate strategy.
- Identify and assess financial risks related to market fluctuations, interest rates, and leverage ratios.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations, reporting standards, and investor requirements.
- Partner with Risk Management to mitigate financial and operational risks, ensuring a robust and resilient financial framework.
Key Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (MBA or CFA preferred).
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in corporate finance, investment banking, M&A, or financial strategy.
- In-depth understanding of fundraising, capital markets, and financial structuring.
- Proficient in financial modeling, valuation, and conducting due diligence.
- Familiarity with ASEAN markets, regulatory frameworks, and IPO preparation is advantageous.
- Strong analytical, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities.
