  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

5 JOB REQUIREMENTS :

Technical Skills :

a) Proficient in welding robot operation and programming (e.g., Fanuc, ABB, KUKA and China Robot)

b) Strong knowledge of welding processes for different materials (carbon steel, stainless steel, aluminium)

c) Experience in welding jig/fixture design, fabrication, and optimization to improve welding precision and efficiency.

d) Proficient in using CAD, SolidWorks for jig and fixture development.

e) Familiarity with welding quality control methods, including weld inspection and non-destructive testing (NDT).

Management Skills :

a) Experience in production line management, including scheduling and process optimization.

b) Ability to train and guide welding operators to enhance technical skills.

c) Strong problem-solving skills to analyze and resolve welding related issues.

Experience & Qualifications :

a) Minium 3 years of experience in robotic welding operation and programming, plus at least 2 years in production management.

b) Knowledge of ISO 9001 quality management systems and ERP systems.

c) Experience in implementing and optimizing automated welding production lines is a plus.
