Human Resources Coordinator
SUMMARY OF POSITION:
This position is to assists Human Resources Officer and Human Resources Manager in the efficient operation, secretarial function and administration of the Human Resources Department in order to promote a clean, safe and pleasant working environment.
SUPERVISION RECEIVED
This position reports to Human Resources Manager.
The position receives guidelines of expected quality levels and direction with which to achieve the same.
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
Attend to incoming mails and maintain records of all outgoing mails.
- Telephone
Attend to telephone calls. Telephone calls are to be handled promptly and with consideration and courtesy. Messages are to be recorded accurately, and passed on or referred to the Human Resources Manager for action to be taken. To exercise good judgment when giving out information to callers. All matters that can be handled elsewhere are to be referred diplomatically.
- Human Relations
Co-operate with subordinates as well as those in higher positions and show a genuine interest in her job and the welfare of the company. To follow instructions promptly and intelligently, and initiative is taken when appropriate. To maintain a dignified but friendly atmosphere in the office.
- Office Routines
Take dictation and type correspondence. To maintain an up to date telephone list. To ensure that office stationery are in stock. Draft simple correspondence.
- Filing
Maintain an up to date filing system, Update all the relevant files and log books and necessary documents for recruitment, resignation, Personal file, transfer and promotion.
- Confidential Matters
Avoid all gossip about the company and its employees and to handle personal matters discreetly. Opens confidential mail but ensure its confidential handling.
- Interviews
Arrange with candidate for interviewing by the Human Resources Manager and other Department Heads.
- Letters
Prepare the letters of offer, transfer, re-designation, termination, resignation, confirmation, increment etc. for the employees.
- Other duties
Perform any other duties as may be assigned, required by the Human Resources Manager.

Experience:
- Human resources: 2 years (Preferred)
