Business Development, Senior Executive
JOB SUMMARY
Senior Executive Business Development is responsible for supporting the General Manager-University Collaboration Unit in co-ordination of regional institutional, industrial, and alumni and engagement activities. The post holder will provide essential administrative support and manage relationships with these stakeholders to enable growth of student enrolment opportunities in cross-partner collaborations, enhancing the employment prospects of graduates and the reputation of the University. An outstanding level of service delivery is expected within all interactions with partner institutions and other stakeholders. The post holder is expected to provide support on a when needed basis to other functions within the University Collaboration Unit.
KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide support to enhance the University in the key area of maintenance of current and development of new regional partnerships
Liaise with legal and the Collaborative Unit administrative staff in the production of MOU and MOA for the endorsement of the General Manager and subsequent approval by management
Updating the relevant department on transferring, conditional offer and credit transfer/exemption applications and other related matters
Support the General Manager in generating market research enabling development of quality regional partnership opportunities before the commencement of the calendar year obtaining the academic calendar from each partner institution and advising the University Registry Office
Proactively liaising with partner institutions to ensure they provide admission documents, exemptions requests, registration and tuition fees, in adherence with the timeline(s) specified within the standard operating procedures
Liaising with the Finance Department on the production of invoices to partner institutions in accordance with the respective MO and standard operating procedures
At the end of each collaborative partner's academic semester ensuring that student results are received from the partner institution and data entered in accordance with the timeline specified within the standard operating procedures
Liaising with collaborative partners), and attending to all arrangements, in respect to visitation/review of the partnership
Liaising with partner institutions, University Registry, Finance and Examination departments on the production of certifications and transcripts. Ensuring that these are forwarded to partner institutions in alignment with the standard operating procedure
Any other duties
Perform any other duties required by the Head of Department (HOD)/Management, if any

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
