- Responsible for developing, coordinating, and implementing various Learning & Development training initiatives aligned to training content & tools.
- Supporting and facilitating all staffs development initiatives as supervisor to the Village Training Manager.
- Analyzes, develops, and improves training modules and tools in conjunction with Village Training Manager.
- Optimizes tools & procedures.
- Personally, facilitates and co-facilitates training programs aligned to the monthly & seasonal priorities.
- Evaluates impact of training solutions.
- Documents and reports training results.
- Assures local training compliance aligned to all mandatory trainings.
Requirements
- Diploma / Bachelor Degree holder in Business / Hotel Management.
- Preferably candidates from hospitality background with 3 - 5 year related experiences.
- Willing to relocate to Cherating, Kuantan, Pahang.
