- Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure timely and accurate order delivery, maintaining food quality and consistency.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards, following both Hilton and local regulations.
- Support promotional activities, special events, and menu launches in collaboration with the management team.
- Manage restaurant inventory, ensuring sufficient stock levels and minimizing wastage.
- Assist in tracking sales performance, revenue, and cost control to contribute to overall profitability.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a supervisory role within a Japanese restaurant or 4-star/5-star hotel.
- Strong knowledge of Japanese cuisine, dining etiquette, and cultural service standards.
- Previous experience in an international hotel chain is an advantage.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to train and mentor staff.
- Guest-focused mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional hospitality experiences.
- Ability to handle high-pressure situations and resolve guest concerns professionally.
- Basic understanding of restaurant financials, inventory control, and cost management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and POS systems is a plus.
