  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards, following both Hilton and local regulations.
  • Support promotional activities, special events, and menu launches in collaboration with the management team.
  • Manage restaurant inventory, ensuring sufficient stock levels and minimizing wastage.
  • Assist in tracking sales performance, revenue, and cost control to contribute to overall profitability.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a supervisory role within a Japanese restaurant or 4-star/5-star hotel.
  • Strong knowledge of Japanese cuisine, dining etiquette, and cultural service standards.
  • Previous experience in an international hotel chain is an advantage.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to train and mentor staff.
  • Guest-focused mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional hospitality experiences.
  • Ability to handle high-pressure situations and resolve guest concerns professionally.
  • Basic understanding of restaurant financials, inventory control, and cost management.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and POS systems is a plus.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
