Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Food & Beverage operations, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory or assistant managerial role.
- Previous experience in a 4-star or 5-star hotel is required.
- Strong knowledge of F&B service standards, operations, and industry trends.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong guest service orientation with a focus on delivering exceptional experiences.
- Ability to analyze financial reports, control costs, and optimize operational efficiency.
- Experience in marketing and promotions within an F&B environment is a plus.
- Flexible and adaptable to operational needs, including weekends, holidays, and peak business hours.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with POS systems is an advantage.
