Key Responsibilities:

  • Supports the overall management and daily operations of the Food & Beverage department, ensuring smooth execution and high service standards.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Food & Beverage operations, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory or assistant managerial role.
  • Previous experience in a 4-star or 5-star hotel is required.
  • Strong knowledge of F&B service standards, operations, and industry trends.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong guest service orientation with a focus on delivering exceptional experiences.
  • Ability to analyze financial reports, control costs, and optimize operational efficiency.
  • Experience in marketing and promotions within an F&B environment is a plus.
  • Flexible and adaptable to operational needs, including weekends, holidays, and peak business hours.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with POS systems is an advantage.

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
