  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supports the overall management and daily operations of the Food & Beverage department, ensuring smooth execution and high service standards.
  • Assists in aligning F&B operations with the hotel’s strategic goals and implementing necessary action plans.
  • Aids in preparing and updating departmental manuals while conducting effective briefings and meetings for clear communication.
  • Supports market analysis, identifies trends, and explores opportunities to enhance business performance.
  • Collaborates on marketing and promotional initiatives to increase visibility and revenue growth.
  • Ensures adherence to brand standards, monitors service quality, and assists in making operational adjustments for an enhanced guest experience.
  • Reviews guest feedback and works with the team to maintain and improve service levels.
  • Ensures employees deliver exceptional customer service, fostering a positive guest experience.
  • Engages with guests in public areas, providing coaching and support to team members as needed.
  • Contributes to optimizing productivity through effective scheduling and resource management.
  • Assists in maintaining profitability by managing costs while ensuring high service quality.
  • Supports the preparation of annual business plans and works with department heads to achieve financial objectives.
  • Demonstrates strong leadership, problem-solving skills, and the ability to foster a positive and productive work environment.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Food & Beverage operations, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory or assistant managerial role.
  • Previous experience in a 4-star or 5-star hotel is required.
  • Strong knowledge of F&B service standards, operations, and industry trends.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong guest service orientation with a focus on delivering exceptional experiences.
  • Ability to analyze financial reports, control costs, and optimize operational efficiency.
  • Experience in marketing and promotions within an F&B environment is a plus.
  • Flexible and adaptable to operational needs, including weekends, holidays, and peak business hours.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with POS systems is an advantage.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
