Job Summary
The incumbent will take charge of optimizing Cosway’s e-commerce platforms, driving online sales, and enhancing the customer shopping experience. Job Description
1. Marketplace Management
- Lead Cosway’s e-commerce presence on key marketplaces such as Shopee, Lazada, Taobao and Tmall, ensuring product listings are accurate, optimized, and up-to-date.
- Manage compliance with platform-specific requirements, optimizing product titles, descriptions, images, keywords, and tags to boost visibility and sales.
- Prioritize growth and performance on established local marketplaces while driving entry and performance on emerging international platforms, particularly those in high-growth regions like China.
2. Promotions and Campaign Execution
- Plan and execute promotional campaigns aligned with marketplace calendars, leveraging opportunities during major sales events locally and internationally.
- Collaborate with the Marketing team to design marketplace-specific campaigns that align with broader brand strategies.
- Adapt and enhance promotional strategies during peak sales periods to maximize traffic and conversions, aligning with both local and international market trends.
3. Performance Monitoring and Reporting
- Track and analyze key performance metrics, including sales volume, conversion rates, and customer satisfaction, across marketplaces.
- Generate performance reports with actionable insights, ensuring consistent growth in core markets and identifying opportunities in new regions.
- Leverage analytics tools to understand market dynamics and inform strategic decisions for optimizing marketplace performance.
4. Inventory and Order Management
- Coordinate with Purchasing and Order Processing teams to maintain optimal stock levels and avoid stock-outs.
- Oversee order fulfillment processes, ensuring timely and efficient delivery by working with warehouses and logistics providers across multiple regions.
5. Competitive Analysis and Market Research
- Conduct ongoing analysis of competitor products, pricing, and promotions to remain competitive.
- Stay updated on emerging e-commerce trends and adapt strategies to align with evolving consumer behaviors in both established and growth markets.
Job Requirements
- 2–3 years of experience in e-commerce, preferably managing online marketplaces such as Shopee, Lazada, Taobao, Tmall, or similar platforms.
- Proficiency in e-commerce seller platforms and tools for SEO, keyword optimization, and data analytics.
- Proficiency in Mandarin (both spoken and written) is essential to support engagement with international platforms, especially in key growth markets.
- Strong focus on maintaining accurate product listings and ensuring compliance with marketplace standards.
- Ability to analyze data, interpret metrics, and implement data-driven strategies for performance improvement across multiple regions.

Pay: Up to RM6,000.00 per month
