Job Descriptions:
- Assist in preparing sales invoice and creating and processing credit and debit notes as required.
- Entering purchase and payment data into the system.
- Maintain organized filing of paperwork related to financial transactions.
- Scanning and uploading documents to the system.
Job Requirements:
- Possess Diploma/Degree in Accounting or Finance.
- Minimum of one year of experience in a finance role. Fresh graduate is encouraged to apply.
- Proficient in computer operations and Microsoft Office.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
Job Types: Part-time, Contract
