  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive HR support, including payroll, recruitment, performance management, training, and employee relations.
  • Assist in staff recruitment processes, including onboarding and briefing on company policies and procedures.
  • Prepare HR-related documents such as employment contracts, training registrations, transfers, confirmations, and terminations.
  • Manage employee insurance schemes, proposals, coverage, claims, and monthly reports.
  • Process payroll registration, including new staff data entry and ESS setup.
  • Ensure accurate and timely monthly payroll processing, maintaining salary and benefits records.
  • Prepare payroll files for internal and external audits.
  • Handle statutory contributions (LHDN, EPF, SOCSO) and yearly income tax submissions.
  • Address employee grievances and disciplinary matters.
  • Assist in developing and implementing effective HR management strategies.
  • Implement and adhere to the policies and procedures.
  • Undertake additional responsibilities as assigned by the superior.

Job Requirements:

  • Diploma/Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 6 years of HR generalist experience, preferably in the construction industry.
  • Strong knowledge of HR best practices, labour laws, and employment regulations.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
  • Proficiency in English (written & verbal); additional languages are an advantage.
  • Meticulous, responsible, proactive, and self-motivated; able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, meet deadlines, and maintain organized records.
  • Flexible and adaptable in handling diverse HR responsibilities.
