RESPONSIBILITIES:


Helpdesk & IT Operation

  • Assist IT Manager to establish robust and effective IT heldesk support operation in supporting CCB users across branches and HQ.
  • Assist IT Manager to manage outsourcing vendor to ensure services provided are in accordance with SLA.
  • Ensure all IT Operation practice and processes are done in accordance to established IT Policies, Procedures and Standards.
  • Ensure all periodic activity and reports are carry out and prepared on timely manner. All activity must be review and documented properly for audit purposes.
  • On monthly basis review helpdesk ticketing system to measure and report vendor KPI to IT Manager.

IT /CyberSecurity Operations

  • Ensure all endpoint devices, servers, network devices are configured and setup following IT Security standard and policies document.
  • Establish effective mechanism and solutions to deploy, monitor and manage various IT security end point solutions.
  • Ensure endpoint devices are updated with relevant security patches on timely manner.
  • Ensure periodic security hygiene assessment and review are done on timely manner.
  • Perform periodic activity to test effectiveness of CCB security posture including penetration test, user access review and other generic control.
  • Work closely with IT Manager to identify, prioritize and roll out various CyberSecurity programmes.

Network Operations

  • Always maintain strong governance and control in running day-to-day IT operations.
  • Maintain and update IT documentation repository from time to time.
  • Met and pass all relevant IT Audit check ie GARM audit, external audit.
  • Ensure all maintenance contract are monitored and renew on timely manner.
  • Maintain and manage IT Asset to ensure up-to-date asset listing.
  • Assist IT Manager to review hardware/software refresh on periodic basis. All planning and budgeting must be plan ahead to ensure minimal unplaned expenses.
  • Ensure all periodic activity is carry out in timely manner.ie annual DR Test, daily health check, security and access review.
  • Ensure timely deployment of various IT security patches, firmware for network devices, servers and other data center devices.
  • Establish effective monitoring mechanism to monitor health status of servers and network devices.
  • Assist IT Manager to establish effective DR Plan & DR infrastructure; perform annual DR test to test the effectiveness of IT DR infrastructure.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Experience in managing multi branch IT Infrastructure, network and security.
  • Have knowledge of various IT end-point solution i.e., patch management, AV, Asset Management, backup and storage, security appliances, cloud hosting services.
  • Have experience in managing corporate network i.e., IPVPN, wireless LAN, branch network operation.
  • Competent in documentation and managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • 5 or more years of IT experience in IT Infrastructure, Network & Security
  • Degree in IT/Professional certification i.e., ITIL, Project Management, IT security will be added advantage.
  • Strong command of written and verbal English, excellent time management, prioritization skillset and highly analytical with strong attention to details.
