  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.
  6. Select Sites can use Javascript.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide material purchasing support for production. Insure purchases are made to Commodity Agreements where applicable.
  • Procure and manage purchases assigned to the position by commodities.
  • Coordinate activity across the supply chain; from Suppliers, CM's, Domestic and International factory teams and the Divisional Planning team.
  • Support internal customers through self-service requisitioning application (i-Procurement). This includes creating Purchase orders, submitting PO's to Suppliers and following-up on deliveries schedules.
  • Work with Planning on Demand/Supply requirements from MRP planning system (APS) and Division Planners.
  • Regularly review of MRP and issue PO to meet all production requirements.
  • Work with suppliers to do PO confirmation in Oracle system. Regularly review PO by reschedule in and reschedule out, cancellations to support inventory reduction activities.
  • Execute fundamental purchasing activity; RTV, PO status, work order and AP maintenance.
  • Maintain proper control of inventory levels, by working with suppliers to meet raw material inventory turnover ratio.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years purchasing experience with manufacturing company
  • Bachelor Degree or Engineering degree preferred
  • Fluent in English writing and speaking
  • Strong data analysis and presentation skills are preferred
  • Oracle experience is preferred

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM7,000.00 per month

Supplemental Pay:

  • 13th month salary
  • Performance bonus

  • Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:

  • buyer/ purchaser: 5 years (Preferred)
  • manufacturing industry working: 5 years (Preferred)
