  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.
  6. Select Sites can use Javascript.

JOB DETAILS

Project implementation and Product Management

  • To participate and perform the full project implementation cycle, from the planning stage to completion, post-implementation support, & documentation to the clients.
  • To provide mapping requirements with the software application
  • Document business processes conduct product training for client users and facilitate user testing.
  • Proactively seek process improvements, implementation, and configuration of solutions, and challenge the current processes for further enhancement opportunities

Helpdesk support

  • Ensure customer satisfaction by supporting clients to ensure the quality of work is always delivered and maintain professionalism

Pre-sales

  • To provide professional consulting services to the clients on the company’s products and services.

General

  • To continuously keep abreast of product and industry knowledge with alert on the latest technological advancements to provide leaderships to cross-functional teams when necessary
  • To deliver tasks and documents all work in accordance with defined standards and processes.
  • Teamwork – to consistently demonstrate actions (eg;knowledge sharing, helping each other to meet project timeline, sense of urgency) to increase the teamwork with all team members.
  • To serve as a mentor to the juniors and work closely with them and client based on business requirements.
  • To perform other duties at the discretion of the superior and/or the management

Requirement

  • Possesses Bachelor’s Degree/Post Graduate/Diploma/Professional Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology/Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent
  • Atleast 1-2 years of working experience in a related field will be added advantage
  • Knowledge of MSSQL queries will be added advantage
  • Team player with good interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
  • Willing to travel depending on project requirement
  • An analytical mind with problem-solving availability and able to advise on business workflow/automation

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM5,300.00 - RM9,000.00 per month
