JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Achieve daily, monthly, quarterly, and annual sales target sets by the Company.
- Generate profitable revenue by working with existing customers and establishing a new customer base.
- Establish long-term relationships with potential and existing customers including corporate clients, private sectors, and dealer channels.
- Develop business with both existing and potential customers to achieve sales target and increase market share.
- Identify, manage and secure existing and new accounts to maintain a high level of sales achievement.
- Proactively solicit and develop new corporate relationships.
- Conduct close follow-ups to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Manage customer relationships to identify new business opportunities and understand customer requirements
- Prepare and submit sales proposal and quotation to potential customers.
- Ensure that all established sales and company procedures are understood and adhered to based on guidelines.
- Stay abreast of new technologies and product updates by regularly participating in and attending training organized by the HQ.
- Sell assigned products as required.
- Update and report all sales activities to the Manager and Sales Admin.
- Conduct presentations to provide customers with a better understanding of product capabilities and cost effectiveness.
- Conduct canvassing and cold calls to increase effective working prospects.
- Provide excellent customer service by responding to inquiries, making appointments and ensuring after-sales service.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT or any related field
- Minimum 3-5 years of sales experience in the ICT industry (hardware/software) .
- Proven management experience in B2B (Business to Business) sales of business solutions, software or services
- Experience developing sales forecast, designing sales strategies and call cycles
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to build strong professional relationships with new and potential customers.
- Team player who can maintain effective working relationship
- Able to communicate with all levels in an organization and excellent presentation skills.
- Ability to travel as needed
