Multi-Kinetic Technology was established in 2008 and is located in Diamond Valley Industrial Park, Batu Maung Penang. Our main core activities centred around RnD projects, providing solid engineering solutions and manufacture of equipments. We have invented the world first rack mount test environment system (TCU) for optic fibre router products.Multi-Kinetic Technology Sdn Bhd is involved in the customization, design, and repair of machines and testers for the semiconductor and commercial industries.
Position Objectives:
The position aims to play a crucial role in driving sales growth and ensuring effective sales operations within the organization by supporting and collaborates with other departments to achieve sales targets, maintain strong customer relationships, and contribute to the overall success of the company.
Business Development
- Participate in development of business, sales planning, and growth strategies and develop Sales Proposal with sales pipeline to meet budget
- Develop and maintain a pipeline of potential customers by attending networking activities, conduct marketing activities, customer meetings, proposal development and customer presentations to deliver outstanding customer value
- Maintain awareness of competitor information and participate in industry association in accordance with company policy
- Collaborate with internal teams (engineering, product management) to develop proposals and present solutions that meet client needs.
- Ensure business sustainability via balancing of sales, profitability and collection.
Relationship Management & Account Management
- Develop and manage relationships with key accounts in the industrial automation industry.
- Maintain a deep understanding of customer needs/issues and ensure their satisfaction with solutions provided.
- Regularly engage with clients to assess their requirements and identify upselling or cross-selling opportunities.
- Manage and coordinate with key vendors and partners to gain competitive advantage through creation and development of customer in selected vertical markets.
Sales support
- Collaborate and work closely with Application Engineers to ensure smooth project development & implementation which may include risk assessment and provision of technical solutions to meet customers’ needs
- Manage the sales process to ensure customer requirements are properly qualified prior to investment of resources
Qualifications for Sales Engineer
- Must posses at least a Professional Diploma/Degree in Mechanical/Mechatronic Engineering or equivalent.
- At least 2 or 3-years’ in Sales function of working direct industrial experience (Electronic Manufacturer) - (Required).
- Knowledge of the industry and market trends
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work in minimal supervision, demonstrating flexibility, accountability, iniatiave and self motivation to identify and execute tasks.
- Proficient in Microsoft Words, Excel Sheets and Power Point.
- Fluent in English and in local languages.
Working Hours: 9.00 a.m - 6.00 p.m (Monday to Friday)
Education:
- SPM/Certificate (At least 5 years of working experience - Required)
- Diploma/Degree (At least 2 years of working experience - Required)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
