- Conducting regular reviews of operational processes and outcomes to ensure that work quality meets the expected standards.
- Identifying potential issues or quality defects in operations and implementing corrective actions.
- Establishing and managing a feedback mechanism to gather opinions and suggestions from employees and customers for continuous quality improvement.
- Developing and executing quality improvement plans based on reviews and feedback to optimize operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborating with other departments to ensure that training and quality assurance programs align with the company’s overall strategy and objectives.
- Monitoring the operational performance of the marketing network department through Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to ensure the team meets established quality and efficiency standards.
Requirements :-
- Preferably 1 year of experience in operations training, quality assurance, or a related role within the F&B industry.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, high-volume operational environment is a plus.
- Ability to analyze data, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel for data analysis.
- Willingness to travel to various branches or locations as needed.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
