  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.
  6. Select Sites can use Javascript.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure service delivered to our customers meets contractual Key Performance Indicator (‘KPIs’)
  • Clarify customer requirements; probe for understanding, use decision-support tools and resources to appropriately provide resolution to the customer
  • Listen attentively to customer needs and concerns; demonstrate empathy while maximizing opportunity to build rapport with the customer
  • Greet customers in a courteous, friendly, and professional manner using agreed upon procedures
  • Maintain basic knowledge of client products and/or services
  • Prepare complete and accurate work including appropriately notating accounts as required
  • Participate in activities designed to improve customer satisfaction and business performance
  • Offer additional products and/or services
  • Track, document and retrieve information in call tracking database
  • Respond to customer inquiries by referring them to published materials, secondary sources or more senior staff

Requirements:

  • Excellent English & Mandarin verbal communication skills - Good English Command (B1 or B2)
  • Fresh Graduates who are interested to start their career in a call centre are also encouraged to apply – Full Training Provided
  • Fresh Graduates with Cert/Degree/Diploma in IT encourage to apply (IT/ Computer Science/ Engineering)
  • Must be willing to work in KL Sentral
  • Salary: RM 4000- 4500 basic + up to 300 KPI (Based on experience and interview performance)
  • Working Hours: Monday- Friday (9am-6pm)Candidate Profile
  • Atleast Diploma or Degree (IT/ Computer Science/ Engineering)
