Responsibility

  • Responsible for preparing and issuing sale order, delivery order and invoice.
  • Liaising with debtor and transporter.
  • Monitoring both purchasing and warehouse operations.
  • Plan and arrange for the orders to be delivered as per schedule.
  • Follow up new outlet company documents for open creditor and debtor account.
  • To ensure highest level of quality and service to customers.
  • Planning and monitoring of inventory requisition and availability.
  • Preparation and periodic review of all necessary reports.
  • Key in good received note.
  • General knowledge in shipping.

Requirement

  • The position is based in Marrybrown Headquarters, Johor Bahru
  • Candidate must possess at least SPM or equivalent in related field.
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Experience in accountancy will be an added advantage
  • Computer literate.
  • Responsible and able to work with minimum supervision.
