  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Diploma / Bachelor Degree of Animal Science, Agriculture or equivalent

Job Scope

1. Assist Veterinarian

  • Assist in holding and restraining cats during exams and surgical procedures
  • Clean and sterilize instruments, equipment, and tools
  • Ensure exam and operating rooms are stocked and sterilized
  • Administer medications
  • Assist in collecting samples such as blood or urine for testing
  • Communicate with owners and families on surgery and recovery instructions
  • Perform administrative duties such as updating files
  • Inventory Management

2. Customer Service

  • Explain product, service, package, and promotion that offered to the customer
  • Perform customer services duties such as customer registration, bookings
  • Reminding the customer on their booking, recommend product and services
  • Responding to incoming calls and messages
  • Communicate with inpatient cats owner
  • Maintain operation flow and understand medical cases including inpatient and outpatient.
  • Encourage customer to give review and feedback

3. Ward & Boarding

  • Care for animals by feeding and cleaning cages every morning and evening
  • Reporting inpatient cats condition to veterinarian
  • Ensure all cages are clean after patient discharge, and during admitting patient.
  • Prepare necessity in ward and boarding such as foods, drinks, cats litter sand/tofu/cloth, etc.
  • Observe inpatient cats for any abnormalities during admission at any time.

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
